2nd pair lovely. 1st ones I have no words. Even a supermodel couldn't make these good or cool in any way. But... It's your feet. Be brave, go forth & buy the ugly ones as a statement.

The second pair are lovely -- summery and elegant. And would look good with jeans, shorts or a long floaty skirt.

Ta-dah! Here are the 2nd choice sandals. They look a bit green to me not very like the image on the website. Still excitedly awaiting delivery of my first choice horrors.

The 2nd pair is better. If you are into fugly sandals Clarks are doing a classic Jesus style in bronze (marginally improved by being bronze imo)
They are proper old school sandals, when I saw them I had flashbacks to my mum making me wear s plastic morhercare version when I was 7 - which I hated-but each to their own OP!

I normally stay out of sandal gate threads but those painted toe nails look great and deserve to be framed by something beautiful ! The sandals in the photo look fantastic on you. Now we'll want a photo of you wearing pair 1, pleeeeeease!

I think they are super cool but the colour could be awkward. Would look tees chic with cropped wide fit linen trousers with a boxy linen top or a boxy Bretton tucked in at the waist band.

I think I like them. It’s the soles that are a bit marmite; they could tip to looking orthopaedic pited with the wrong thing.

I'm also a fugly sandal lover and wear sandals that make many a friend look at me quizzically but even I would not wear the Green Nun sandals.

It's the toe end – it's the perfect frumpy shapeless shape beloved among the 80-plus. And the overlapping woven bit, and the raised back bit on the ankle strap, and the pairing of that green with that beige sole inner instead of a dark brown, that all scream nun sandal alert!

How about some art ones - still flat and comfy but slightly off nun territory and more towards lentil weaver?
