Dark brown eyeliner pencil for tightlining and under eye definition

I am looking for the kind you sharpen rather than the twist up type. I have been using eyeshadow as an under eye definer but it can end up in my eyes.

I want to just make my lower lashes look fuller rather than look as if I am wearing eyeliner if you know what I mean?

Also want it for tightlining upper lids, again for more of a natural look rather than a made up look.
