Mine is:

  • shorts - I’d like some beige / cream shorts, fairly short (but not hot pants!) and not too tight. If I find the perfect style and fit I’d get them in denim and navy too
  • plain white, good quality fitted t- shirts
  • big floppy sun hat

I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant so can’t buy now as no idea what size I’ll end up!

What’s everyone else got their eye on?

Ted Baker gym kit in the Harmony pattern - magnolia flower print on navy; it’s gorgeous. I’m lusting after the jacket, but if I get that I need to get the leggings to match, and if I’m getting the leggings I need to get the vest top don’t I?!

Rothys!

John Smedley fine knits in boat neck style in pale grey and navy. I can’t quite bring myself to spend that much when it is supposedly summer but I bet they’d get a lot of wear!

I want a blue Loewe Puzzle bag. It's a thing of beauty and look fabulous in the summer. I also want some Castener espadrilles. It's my birthday soon so fingers crossed that I get them.

I've fallen in love with some slightly relaxed jeans from Jigsaw, in pink. But they're £90, which is far too much for me. And, idiot that I am, I tried them on and can't remember what size fitted (they're in inches rather than 12,14 etc) so my plan of waiting for a sale to come along and then pouncing isn't going to work...

Also some stylish yet comfortable walking shorts.

Also some good quality t-shirts which are slightly but not tightly fitting.

I also want some new gym/running gear- it may be Aldi for me, they've a new range out today. Also Clarins double serum, a summer everyday dress or two, knee length denim shorts (Next) and nice sandals. .

My list is more an overhaul!
New foundation - so going to have my make up done at the local Mac counter.
MOT at the gym - need to overhaul my workout (I do yoga spin and running but need to incorporate some heavier weights).
Have a Botox/cosmeceutical consultation with an aesthetician - either have a vitamin c facial or see the alternatives.
Drink more water. I gave up alcohol 9 weeks ago and lost half a stone. That’s without changing eating habits.
Invest in some multivitamins.
New gym gear (wait for summer sales) and update my Ascis trainers .

Oh and more Pilates.

The perfect black linen cardigan
Perfect fit black ankle grazers
Comfortable but stylish flat sandals

Thinking of getting my eyebrows tattooed as they've become very sparse with age, at the ends especially. Not great big black razor jobs but just a bit of definition and shape.

Mine are all long term rather than summer buys and some of them are pretty spendy so I'm going to have to keep on saving.

A vintage trenchcoat, preferably Aquascutum, in the only shade of beige that actually suits me. I think trenchcoats are one of the most useless garments on the planet but that doesn't stop me wanting one. But I'm not in a hurry - been looking nearly 2 years so far.

New specs. I am very fussy so be warned.

A leather blazer. I'm bored with bikers now. Vintage probably as there are none on the high street (yet).

Hand made shoes.
