Can you recommend a facial fake tan please?

I'm pale. And am ill, tired and washed out at the moment. I'm after something to give me a little lift rather than full on tan. Could anyone recommend something please?
Thanks!

Yes. I’ve just found it and love it. The elemis day cream, gradual tan. Only about 15 quid on eBay, just a little glow/colour nothing fake looking

Kochicoo · 02/05/2018 21:51

Clarins golden grow drops. You can just put some in your moisturiser at night (mix together in palm of your hand). They're excellent and last ages. Hope you feel better soon.

Uniglo18 · 02/05/2018 23:15

My friend swears by the Dove gradual tan, she gets the light one and still gets an amazing just glow from it.

Thank you for these suggestions. Everyone seems to like different ones but that human nature I suppose! Just feeling rubbish and after a little boost so I'll check them all out.

Thanks!

I've just started using the Clarins drops. Buy the body ones, even the Clarins rep said they're identical to the face ones and recommended I use the body ones all over as you get double the amount for a similar price.

I use 1 drop, and it's a lovely colour without looking like fake tan.

babypsmum · 03/05/2018 08:53

'The Face' by Fake Bake is great + it has added Matrixyll-3000 for anti-ageing x

Flantastico · 03/05/2018 08:57

I third the Clarins drops you add to moisturiser. Like the the PP, I bought the body ones rather than the ones for the face. Lovely colour Smile

Howaboutthisone · 03/05/2018 09:07

Well now that a few people have said the clarins that body one is sold out! I might try the face one though. I'm still researching!

Those with the drops- which moisturiser do you use with them?

Clarins drops for me too - or I also use the Garnier Ambre Solaire no streaks facial spray in light.

pandorawithtreaclecolouredhair · 03/05/2018 09:56

Another fan of the Clarins drops.
I mix mine with Liz Earle Light moisturiser (in a pump bottle), as the lotion consistency is easy to blend.
One pump of moisturiser in the palm of my hand; add a couple of Clarins drops and mix, then apply evenly to face and neck; wash hands afterwards.
I usually apply at night; might miss a night or two if I am happy with the effect, or if I'm not going anywhere!

SilverHairedCat · 03/05/2018 11:30

I've used the Clarins drops with Dernalogica and E45! Works with everything, stick to what's good for you.

I bought mine at the counter in Boots on Monday.

Howaboutthisone · 03/05/2018 12:04

Just treated myself to ordering it from boots online while sitting waiting to see the dr. Thank you all for your recommendations and advice! Think I'll send DH to pick it up tomorrow to make me at least look a bit more human!

I use either Boots No.7 or the Clinique hydroblur moisturiser with my drops. I'm not sucked in by the leaflet that says only to use Clarins moisturiser,no sir Smile
