is it too late in the year for boots with skirts?

I have boots and a skirt on today, it's chilly ooop north!

Not in Scotland it's not. Had the heating on yesterday and the fire on in the livingroom.

LOL, I went to the School without a jacket this afternoon, it was a mistake, started raining on the way back and it was very, cold.
