The most WTF sandals of the summer

I dearly love my DM boots, but why, just why did they think these were a good idea?

Oh bless them! They tried to appeal to women who wouldn't usually wear DM's I think....and got it spectacularly WRONG!

I can see them going down like a lead balloon with DM wearers and non-wearers alike. Nothing can save them.

I saw loads of furry sandals when I was shopping yesterday and people were flocking round them!

Both my dds had furry sandals last year.
Nothing like those though.

They are a take on the furry sliders which seem to be everywhere this year.
Personally I think they look awful.

I saw someone the other day in fluffy mules and thought they had come out in their slippers.

Dear God, they're vile! Was in my local shopping centre yesterday though and spotted loads of teenagers wearing skinny jeans with white ankle socks and fluffy sliders. Looked absolutely hideous so no doubt these will catch on too!

I know several DM wearers who have a very individual style, and who would love these. One of them rocks a tiara on a regular basis... and she looks good in it too.

Before I opened the thread I knew it would be these!

The fluffy sliders are just an extension of PJs to Tesco. Surely they get filthy trailing round the town centre.

I wouldn't wear them but I quite like them!

Can imagine as pigmcpig says some of my friends with more alternative styles going for these back in the day now we're older, not so much, but you never know!

you know, actually, i like them. i would wear them and i'm really not being sarcastic or anything, i do genuinely like them

I would consider the all leather, non-fluffy version. But the fluffy makes them look a bit like a horse's noseband.
