Some of the antiperspirant clog my pores and give me a rash.
When I try some organic ones I get on fine in the rash side but I stink!
What are the best ones you have tried?

I get on with Lush aromaco. It's not antiperspirant but I never smell sweaty when I use it.

incywincybitofa · 14/04/2018 00:59

I recently bought a Toms roll on from the USA seems to handle the task OK and meets all of my wants

Jozxyqk · 14/04/2018 01:00

I use Bionsen.

Elphabaisnotwicked · 14/04/2018 01:14

I can't comment on ingredients but the best thing I've ever used is a Mitchum roll on.

thefirstmrsdewinter · 14/04/2018 01:21

Aesop. Pricey but good.

Littlepumpkinpie · 14/04/2018 10:26

Mitchum roll on the solid one is good.

WyrdSisterWeatherwax · 14/04/2018 16:52

Lush Aromaco. Been using it over 18 years and it's excellent, even on holiday in Oz last year (40 degrees at one point) it didn't let me down.

AiryFairy1 · 14/04/2018 17:01

Bionsen roll-on 👍

Mercurial123 · 14/04/2018 18:07

Weleda do a lovely roll on deodorant. The problem is the deodorants that are also anti perspirant.

Debunked · 15/04/2018 08:07

Pitrok range are great despite the crap name...

poppyinbloom · 15/04/2018 12:13

I like the Dr. Organic Coconut Oil one. I've also heard good things about the Crystal one.

Schmoochypoos · 15/04/2018 12:43

Following with interest- I switched to Bionsen and I’m definitely smelly by the end of the day!

ArdnaGreine · 15/04/2018 12:53

Using the Moo Goo one and pleasantly surprised. Pitrock did not work.
Mitchum has aluminium?

Mercurial123 · 15/04/2018 13:02

Pitrok made me smell really badly as does Jason they just aren't strong enough.

thefirstmrsdewinter · 15/04/2018 14:33

I used Bionsen for years but now I find it too strongly scented. In my experience non-aluminium deodorant will probably not prevent odour all day except for the ones with baking soda in, which give me a rash.

This homemade one gives me 24hrs total odour prevention but after using it with no problem for about six months it sort of burned my armpits.

The Soapwalla brand is meant to be great but I suspect it's similar to the recipe above so I haven't bothered trying it.

I used to find that the 'normal' deodorants from the chemist/supermarket sometimes didn't prevent me from smelling anyway. I think it might be a hormonal thing as it wasn't all the time. So that may be the case with or without aluminium.

Mercuria123 - do you get the Tom’s of Maine shipped fom the US?

Schmoo ...Yes Bionsen does not last all day for me neither.

Mercurial123 · 15/04/2018 15:09

Longlunch yes I do.

GummyGoddess · 15/04/2018 15:16

I like pitrok, it lasts for days!

Vexatious · 15/04/2018 15:45

I think bionsen smells like stale sweat so I'd definitely avoid that one! I too like Tom's of Maine. You can buy it on Amazon.

AuldAlliance · 15/04/2018 16:21

You can buy Toms of Maine in the UK. My mum does (in Edinburgh), though I don't know what shop she gets it in.
A hasty Google shows that Holland & Barret sell ToM toothpaste, so they may have the deodorant, too, or be able to get it.
It's on Amazon.co.uk, too...
