Velcro shoes to wear with shorts for a 14 yo teen boy?

Where can I find something acceptable for a teenage boy which is also very comfortable, looks good and is not overtly branded? Oh, and reasonably priced . I really want to get rid of his trusty crocs. They look like canoes now he's a size 9!!

I've bought for both DS (lazy teen ) and DD (who has SN)

My DS has shoes like this as laces are fiddly but Velcro is too uncool

Crocs or velcro at 14 yo is quite childish and uncool. Nike may be the exception according to 15 yo ds.

Ha ha ha!! Yes you're all right. I have gone for traditional vans WITH laces as they were £15 cheaper than the slip on equivalent !! Thank you all for making me see sense.
