I just started to use an old Instagram account today and followed a few people, mostly hair & beauty.
I followed a woman called 40notfrumpy and love her page, any other similar suggestions on anyone else for a 20 something over 40? Lol

Maison_abbott is a good one. She amazes me though. Different outfit every day. I have about 8 in rotation for work. I'd love to have as many clothes as her!

Myfashionable40s is another I follow.

I like midlifechic and thatsnotmyage - not necessarily for what they wear, but for the why of fashion and style, and the mechanics of how to put things together, what to look for, etc. And I like styledbysusie because she has so much fun dressing. It's infectious.

Thanks for the above.
I’d appreciate more please! I have so many clothes and tend to stick to the same boring combo of clothes. Need some inspiration, I’ve been looking at the pages so far and realise that something I’d out on and dismiss is actually ok looking.

Upcloseandstylish for some real aspirational outfits 😍😍😍

Oh... she's not over 40 tho, scratch that! Soz

I like Emma Hill - her style is quite classic but current. She's also really down to earth. Some of her stuff is designer but she also features lots of high street brands like Zara & Hush. Where something is a bit pricey, she usually suggests a cheaper "dupe". She has just started a regular feature "look chic for less" (or something like that!) where she features items under £35. This week it was blazers.
She does make it clear when she's featuring something she's getting paid for, and her reviews are honest.

There's one called PuttingMeTogether who does different combinations of outfit from her basics, I think.

I was in the same position a few months ago and followed a lot of people. :)

A lot of people like DoesMyBumLook40 but I find her look a bit samey and also would look awful on my shape, she is very funny and engaging though and writes very well.

I also enjoy StyleMemos and Brittany Bathgate although the shapes they wear don't tend to suit me at all. But I still enjoy looking at what they're wearing.

One thing to be aware of is that there's a lot of background selling and brand placement going on with all of them, and you can end up in a cycle of want, buy, want, buy, oh a week later it's out of fashion, buy more. Whereas not all the bloggers are buying their own gear.
