I sent off one parcel earlier this year and am about to send another.
I didn't include any of my details as I assume they don't want to waste money on acknowledgements.

But I'm just a tad wary of continuing to send stuff when it' s hard to know if it's going to the right people /ending up in the right place.

What I've done is set myself a max target of a tenner ( I buy a few things at Poundland) which includes the £2.95 postage. I know you can order directly from their associated suppliers as well.

I've contributed to this and also offered my services to help pack.

I think it's a fantastic idea and I hope it thrives.

So do you live near their distribution points?

I think what worries me is that the PR around it in February has stopped and it may fizzle out- and where will all the stuff go that I send?!!

I don't give to many charities because I know there is so much wasted, so choose carefully when I donate.

I'd prefer my stuff to go to women living on the streets, but I guess it's all distributed to food banks as well.
