Lace top - want one, can't find one

In the new Ariel advert (!) Helena Christensen is wearing a gorgeous short-sleeved lace top. It's not exactly a blouse, but it has capped sleeves and looks like one fastening at the top. Have you seen it, and have you seen anything similar in the shops anywhere?

p.s Looked on ebay, didn't find anything like it.

I do like that, Hathor, but it's not like the one she wears which is almost cardigan-like in style. It is plain cream lace with no collar or fuss. I really like it and wish I could find one. Anyone? Please?
