I have watched countless videos the last few days. Mine are sparse (over plucked). I was using ka brow but it's almost all gone. Is there something better? Wunderbrow? Help there is so much to choose from

Thanks everyone! I'm liking the look of Anastasia @Speedy85 I'm just going to watch some more YouTube before I decide between the dip brow and the two toned powder Smile

I am on my 3rd or 4th Boybrow by Glossier.

Had a clean out yesterday and threw out lots of rubbish brow products, inc Wunderbrow.

Speedy85 · 26/03/2018 19:22

Ooh good VeganCatLover. I love that brand and wouldn't use anything else now. I hope you like it too.

I have used both the dip bow and powder and would say the dip brow is good if you are going for a sculpted/defined brow look. I decided in the end that I prefer a softer sort of look and my brows are reasonably thick anyway so I now use the powder and coloured gel, but YMMV.

allthegoodnameshadgone · 26/03/2018 19:28

I use a power with a square brush to brush in the shape and then go over to define with the soap and glory archery pen. It's a pencil at one end and a brush with faint liquid at the other. Best I've used so far. Stays all day and all night when I've fell asleep on the sofa and not taken it off!

VeganCatLover · 26/03/2018 19:56

I've got a 15% discount code for feel unique so I'm going to order the dip brow and it's free delivery Smile

L’Oreal pomade. I bought this after a recommendation from Sali Hughes and I’ve been very happy with it, very natural looking, one pot lasts for ages and not expensive.

allthegoodnameshadgone · 26/03/2018 22:13

Please don't buy unique. Isn't that the MLM stuff?

So many bad reviews about over priced products that are no better than high street.

There was a post here about MLM's and
It was a really good diary about the pressure to sell etc.
Apologies if I am mistaken

QueenJulian · 26/03/2018 22:23

enid I use a grey brown eyeshadow by Bobbi Brown. I think it’s called Saddle. Just bung it on with a brush and it makes my brows look much better but not too ‘applied’. BB also do a eyebrow pencil called Grey which is also a cool grey brown but I’m not very good at applying it!

EnidButton · 26/03/2018 22:30

Speedy and Queen Thank you both for the recommendations. Both of those powders look really good! Things have moved on since I bought my eyeshadow Smile Lots of choice now. I prefer a powder to a pencil or crayon but my DM uses the BB pencil and it looks really good. I'm spoilt for choice now! Thanks BrewBrew

Ollivander84 · 26/03/2018 22:32

Feel unique is a website, not MLM

EnidButton · 26/03/2018 22:34

allthegood Don't worry Vegan means the Feel Unique website. It's just an online shop that sells lots of hair and beauty brands (like Sephora or Space NK do) You're thinking of Younique which is an mlm.

m.feelunique.com

Oops cross posted Olli Angry

EnidButton · 26/03/2018 22:34

God sorry that's Smile not angry!

allthegoodnameshadgone · 26/03/2018 23:09

Apologies.

Can anyone recommend a cream that gets rid of crows feet?

X

Daffodils78 · 26/03/2018 23:10

Tweezers or wax as necessary for strays, eyebrow brush with liquid which keeps them in place, highlighter underneath and a little bit of eyebrow pencil as needed. All Rimmel.

eggsandchips · 27/03/2018 00:04

@Twotabbycats where do you buy your Modelco More Brows? Online? Sold out on look fantastic 😫

Bluesheep8 · 27/03/2018 06:03

I use revitabrow too although there is a cheaper version in boots-rapidbrow which is still good but half the price. I also use benefit gimme brow and have dine even whilst it's been off the shelves. I read on here that it was only discontinued to be 're formulated as some fools were using it on eyelashes and getting fibres in their eyes! So there was never anything wrong with the product, just it's misuse.

Cerseilannisterinthesnow · 27/03/2018 09:32

I use a couple from Avon, for every day use I use the mark sculpting brow pencil and for occasions/ nights out I use the mark brow gel pot. I did have the Anastasia Beverly Hills pomade but it dried out before I could even get half way through such a waste of money whereas the gel pot is still going strong and I’ve had it ages!

Twotabbycats · 27/03/2018 11:38

@eggsandchips I do buy from Look Fantastic - I think the last time i wanted it, it was out of stock so I signed up to be emailed when they go it back in.

It's in stock on Modelco's own site (may not be a clicky link, sorry)

Mayhemmumma · 27/03/2018 11:41

I use a loreal pencil then clear mascara over too so the pencil lines are not too harsh. Really want to get microblading done...

PinkPolly283 · 27/03/2018 11:45

If you can afford it/take the discomfort then have them tattooed on. Make sure you look through pictures of ones previously done so you know you will be happy with the results.
I personally use Mac eyebrow pencil, it comes out light so it's hard to plaster on and look unnatural, lasts ages as well and I use it daily, worth the money.

Commuterface · 27/03/2018 13:51

I use the coloured wax and powder sets. I've got a Smashbox one and one by Sleek. I slightly prefer the Smashbox one.

ParadiseLaundry · 27/03/2018 14:02

Another one here saying ABH is the best. I live their 7b brush too. I've tried spent loads! I also agree with the pps that said the Rimmel pencil is very good for the money and Wunderbrow is dreadful!

Also does anyone know why 17 cosmetics are discontinuing? I noticed last time I visited boots they didn't seem to have as many products on offer. I'm sad about it as they had some great products which were very reasonably priced (loved their liquid highlighter).

eggsandchips · 27/03/2018 14:31

Thanks @twotabbycats. I've found it on Birchbox too :)
