Looking for inspiration to shake up my current routine! 🙈
Currently:

Marc jacobs remarcable foundation
Rimmel stay matte powder
Mac warm soul blush
Makeup revolution bronzer
Primark pro definition mascara (better than ANY expensive one I've ever used!!)
Mac pattiseire lipstick
Rimmel lipgloss not sure of colour
Rimmel brow pencil in dark brown

Been using this routine for donkeys and looking to shake it up with some new products - anyone got any holy grails to recommend?

I also love hearing other people's makeup routines so also partly being nosey 😊

Primer - not fussy which, currently Eve Lom as was in the sale
Stila foundation - adore the bottle and way it dispenses, coverage good but oxidises slightly so could do with a lighter shade. Haven't used the inbuilt concealer.

Neutral eyeshadow - currently Stila, usually Mac or Bourjois - I love the individual Bourjois ones

Eyebrow pencil - triangle shaped tip one, is new and I love it
Powder to set these - Bare Minerals
Eye liner, lots of, top lid only
Cream blush, this is Clinique, I love it to death, like a fat stick
Mascara, Loriel?
Very rarely use lip products, I wear glasses so go for a big eyes look.
Wear this daily.

Have lovely Chanel eyeshadow for when I’m going out, plus various shimmer/ highlighty things

I don't have a preferred brand and tend to impulse buy and experiment a lot.
I'm very pale, with (dyed) platinum blonde hair and blue eyes so heavy make up doesn't suit me- though I love it on others.

I love glittery, shimmery makeup and because of my colouring tend to stick to pinks and apricot shades. Sometimes I use a baby blue glittery pencil in the lower inner lids. And in the evening I love bright red lipstick, though now as a mum of three small children I am struggling to find occasions to use it haha.

Lately I am using Diamond Crushers on top of my normal lipsticks for extra sparkle. They are gorgeous.
However- I'm currently going through a phase of thinking more about the ethical and health cost of traditional makeup and when most of my current products run out I will be researching cruelty free make up brands. Any suggestions welcome!

I am trying to do without eye liner and to make more of an effort with eye shadow at the moment.

I normally use:
No 7 primer
Clinique anti-redness foundation (although I'm not that keen)
Collection setting powder
Bobbi Brown concealer + bourjois radiance concealer
Bourjois bronzed and blushed
Balm cosmetics highlight
Freedom brow pomade (which I find is a really good dupe for the ABH one)
Natural collection clear mascara on my brows to set them
Body shop eyeshadow or some bronzer
Bourjois black liquid eyeliner or nyx brown pencil + mascara
Then bourjois nudey pink lipstick or a maybelline Matt nude
Nyx dewy setting spray
I change my lipstick and eyeshadow around a lot but if I'm in a rush I just do some bronzer and the bourjois nudey pink (i think it's dusky rose?)
For a night out I use sleek eyeshadow in bronzey gold colours and bourjois peach club Matt lipstick which I also use in the summer
And sometimes I use collection contour stick as well
It seems like a lot but it takes me about 10 minutes with winged eyeliner. I wish I could try out more expensive brands. I try to spend money on foundation and nothing else, but often find that the cheapest brands like collection, natural collection, freedom, mua etc. Can be just as good as the more expensive boots stuff so what's the point? I really like bourjois and getting all the same brand means I can get the 3 for 2 deals so that's always a plus

I was thinking this morning how much I am loving the Boots Natural Collection lasting eyeliner pencil in plum. I thought it was brown when I got it I think but it seems to go with the brown and pink shadows I am wearing this week!

I wear all sorts of stuff NYX, Boots Natural Collection, Revlon, Boots No7, some Boots 17, L'oreal, Maybelline, A few Mac lipsticks and shadows, make up Revolution and a whoole load of Sleek and MUA. I have used Dior and Lancome and Bobbi Brown in the past but skint now.
