Is this (faux) fur jacket too bridesmaid-y?

I’m a guest at a wedding soon and I thought it’d be a great opportunity to wear this shrug type thing I bought some years back from eBay but have never worn. But is it a bit bridesmaidy? Don’t want to upset anyone

Depends what you’re wearing it with. Both look a bit ‘bridey’ to me to be honest!

It’s a black and white dress

Honestly?

He top of your dress is draped and white, whilst you are sitting down it looks like you are wearing all white. You can't wear either, the wrap or jacket needs to be coloured or you need a different dress. You cannot wear a dress with large sections of white to a wedding. It's just not ok.

Ok thanks. This is the dress, majority black. But I see your point about sitting down. I’ll get a coloured shawl
