Your hair looks nice in both - using my skill and judgment I am thinking that the shorter hair is the 'after' although you look a bit grumpy about it?

thanks - i love it and the curls are fab! lots of little ringlets and people at wrk all thought it was a perm not natural,

I am huge, but still no signs of action.

have just booked a Tens machine from midwife - it is only £5 to hire!! (covers the cost of the electrodes)
