Trousers or jeans for skinny kids!

My DD is tall and very slim with long legs. I can't get jeans to fit her. They're either too short or too big around her waist. Where can I be her a nice pair of skinny jeans that fit properly. I'm sick of leggings.

My DS (7) is similar. We mostly get his jeans at tkmaxx, occasionally they have jeans in from Denmark or Sweden (going by the labels), and these fit him really well at the waist and have a good slim/skinny fit on the leg. We shop there several times a month tho, so are able to keep an eye out for slimmer fitting kids clothes.
