Just a heartfelt thanks for all the posts and threads about the bra intervention...

After three pregnancies and breastfeeding, I’ve finally got some new bras - had been wearing 38DD and after reading the bra intervention posts, I’m now wearing a 34F. Wouldn’t have believed it - feels so much better.

Thank you for the wisdom!

Can I ask for advice on this please:
I’m currently wearing a 44 FF - which I bought without trying on and just took a chance on. However I’ve lost a stone in weight recently and I find it’s too loose at the back, not supportive at the front and really not doing anything for me.
I’ve just measured myself using the boob or bust method, and rib cage is 45 inches and bending over measuring fullest part is 56. So that makes me a 44GG?? Could that be right?
I’m a size 22 dress size at moment.

Thanks for any advice!

Afraid I’m no expert, but hopefully someone will be along to advise!

Good luck!
