Looking for good boob job surgeon in London

I had a boob job at Harley medical a few years ago. I'm not totally happy with the result as it was under muscle and if I tense my chest muscle, the implants distort which is a bit rank!

I'd like to get advise from an excelling surgeon to see if anything can be done as the previous people fobbed me off

If you can venture out to Essex I can whole heartedly recommend Maria Sirotokova. She does free mini consultations and is very honest about what can and can't be achieved. I had a reduction done by her and she was just amazing. She works in Chelmsford and Southend. Possibly other private hospitals too but I'm not sure.
