Heidi Klum's line of clothing with Lidl

Just flicking through the latest weekly offers for Lidl, and some of the clothes have fought my eye. I like the bright jumpers, the denim shirts and jackets. I wish I could try on the skinny jeans before purchase.

And a huge disappointment - the shiny metallic hightops only go up to size 7. I'm an 8!

Anyone interested in these clothes? Are they ok quality for the price or am I better off buying elsewhere?

Not been this time, but had a lush jumper and long line cardigan from the Heidi Klum range last time and was really please with value / quality.

Good to know!

I haven't seen it this time, but absolutely loved it last year.
I do love both black and leopard print though, so it was exactly my style.

The trouble with that range is that almost immediately all the clothes end up in a tangled pile in a wire basket next to plug extensions and loo roll holders, so even if they're amazing quality, they look like rags.

iTonya it's true. I wish they would figure out a different display method.

My local store brought in manequins to show the clothes, and had size samples out, Lidl wildly differs from store to store.

I had a fully sequinned skirt at Christmas which cost £7.

I wore it to a v posh party where most were in designer outfits!

That's a good idea, Tobuyornot99. Did it stop the rifling?

I just read a feature on it there (Google threw up a Sun article on it) and I think it's horrific. That rainbow jumper is particularly awful.
I'm disappointed 😔

I've just realised that you like the bright jumpers OP.
Life/fashion would be extremely dull if we all liked the same thing!

athingthateveryoneneeds · 01/03/2018 11:06

Aw, I quite liked the rainbow jumper. Grin But I don't ever wear those colours so decided against it. If the green bits had been black (as I first thought) I would've worn it with black skinnies.

I found the clothes to be reasonable quality for the price.
The skinny jeans were a bit small though so if you're in between sizes I would go for the larger size.
I love the high tops and rainbow jumper. I hope I can manage to get some.

I didn't buy anything from the range myself, but my neighbour did and ended up taking most of it back as she found that the sizes came up quite big. She's between a 12 and a 14 and found the 12's pretty roomy., so you might want to size down. She had bought dresses and tops mostly, so not sure about the jeans.

athingthateveryoneneeds · 01/03/2018 12:35

Thanks for the tips re sizing. Might need to buy more than one size and be prepared to take some back....
