Need skirt with elasticated or fairly loose waist

Am 6/7 weeks pregnant, obviously haven't put on weight, but waist is def thicker and feel yuck and bloated, esp as I was already 2/3 lbs heavier than pre ds1 (13 months).

I can slouch around in jeans etc most of the week but have 7 weeks left till the end of term (I teach 2 days a week) and a seriously limited wardrobe that fits/is summery.

Am a size 12, and looked quickly in most shops in town (quite limited) after school today - nothing. Was thinking a gypsy/peasant style skirt would be loose, but can't find anything - please help!

Not peasanty, but how about this ?

Thanks Jackie, but a bit too grown up for me! Should have said it doesn't have to be too smart for school.

Have you looked in M&S - I know it can be a bit 'mumsy' but they do a lot of their longer linen skirts with an elasticated waist and you can sometimes find some gems.

congratulations btw

Boden also have some longer skirts with elasticated waist linen skirt

or this skirt

Alternatively you may find some nice ethinic-y skirts in your local market

pp, that first one from jackieNo isnt very 'grown up' at all - its really casual i think. you could dress it up or down depending on the top chosen... i might get it myself - looks comfy!

Just come back to this, thanks for all the suggestions. No local market here, but will check out M&S, Boden and Benetton.
