So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

Fuckers! Anyone had a free full size candle? I was hoping to give mine away as a gift because I'm a cheapskate and don't want to look tight if it turns out to be a squiddly little one

Does that mean if you give freebie as gift it has some 'freebie' mark on it

I wouldn't have thought of keeping the freebie and returning the paid for thing, that wouldn't be right, I know if I return anything it'll need to be everything, but I think I will if the bodywash is small as that's not what I was shown I'd get with my purchase and I hate feeling ripped off.

all I have so far is my emailed receipt for my purchase but no word on when I'll get it or how its sent...or where it is...

no its the way its wrapped, with stripey paper rather than the normal JM wrapping, all you need to do is wrap it in your own stuff

If my body wash is tiny I'll send it all back too. I treated myself knowing I'd get a freebie to gift to someone to save on presents at Xmas!

There's a tiny black dot on the barcode... easily removed with a dab of nail polish remover for easy return to store ;)

I just opened up the website and at the top it says I will get a deluxe sample of LBM body wash with my purchase. LBM is my usual perfume but is that the offer? How come people are getting candles and perfumes? Was i not quick enough off the marks?

I too got sucked in by this thread, having never been able to justify the cost of Jo Malone before. My free gift is meant to be an English Oak and hazelnut cologne, does anyone know if this is for men or women?

Violet I think it’s unisex but it’s been described as more masculine. Lots of women wear it though.

Ive been wearing the English oak and redcurrant cologne since it came . Really really love it.. hoping my candle arrives today.

However i have also ventured over to Jo loves website now thanks to you lot! Resisted so far.. going to look at the perfume parlour. Has anyone any experience of them?

I think there’s only one actual store aswell which is a pain.
I do notice that you get 2 complimentary tiny samples with your order though which would give an opportunity to check out some others. I’ll think on it.

EachandEveryone - what size shower gel did you get? On your email confirmation does it state what size you should get. I'm just thinking if it states a bigger size on your email confirmation customer services should honour that.

Not had an email to say my orders have been dispatched, but looked on my account and they are with Yodel. Hopefully recieve today then. Really poor of them to show a full size body wash and not send it.
