I used to spend a fortune on Estee Lauder.

I don't now!

'The Ordinary' is your friend and a miracle worker at a tenth of the price!!

I too am evangelical about The Ordinary and will never buy £££ skincare again.

Waitrose pure day and night creams are the best I've had in ages and I've tried all sorts. £3 a pot.

This is what I’m thinking of buying

I think there is definitely a difference in the more expensive creams, i use Simple and Olay lotion but also have Estee Lauder and Elemis procollagen marine cream and they make my skin look so much nicer and makeup goes on better with the premium brands

IAmAMonster · 13/02/2018 18:30

And yes, i have also had a sample of that global cream and it made my face very softGrin

Archfarchnad · 13/02/2018 18:50

Nothing will ever convince me that the La Paririe cream I saw at airport duty free a few days ago is worth the dosh. 'Twas about 900 euros!

Archfarchnad · 13/02/2018 18:51

Or even La Prairie!

EatingSatsumas · 13/02/2018 18:52

Another vote for The Ordinary.

LardLizard · 13/02/2018 19:42

Where can you buy this the ordinary ? I’ve actually never heard of it before

I was a Clarins addict for year but was advised to try a much cheaper brand with promises of all sorts. It ruined my skin for ages.

I didn't go back to Clarins but settled on a mid range brand instead which I'm very happy with.

Victoria Health online. There are tons of products to choose from. I can recommend buffet serum and caffeine eye stuff to start you off.
