Just that really. I’ve tried eventually billion pairs (mostly cheap) and thry all fall down when I’m running. Do I have to go ££ to sweaty Betty or Nike?

Any suggestions welcome

Try the website Wiggle. They do lots of different brands at good prices and free delivery.

I love my sweaty Betty ones. Matalan do some high waisted one too which are nice x

I really like H&M's workout gear. Just as good as Nike / Adidas etc but half the price.

Decathlon ones that have a zip pouch at the back for keys and a pouch on the thigh that is perfect phone size.

Mine from decathlon stay up fine. I use a running belt as the pockets aren't big enough for my phone etc.

Some Nike pairs do fall down. Brand is no guarantee.

I wear Nike Dri-Fit, 2XU and Under Armour but had to buy some at v short notice really and went with Davina McCall Tesco ones as that was the only option. They're fab!

Tesco active wear got picked in the Times cheap dupes this weekend, but I love RonHill too. They are not pretty, but very functional and mid price.

Figure out your Sweaty Betty size then sign up for the emails and wait for a sale, the reductions are often significant.

Buy ribbon. Cut two parallel holes on the inside layer of the waistband at the front. Using a large safety pin thread the ribbon through the whole waistband. Done. No more falling down and an easy fix.

Sweaty Beaty work for me and they are shaping!

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B006HCSHPK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?psc=1&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8 I swear by these. Pocket at the back big enough for phone. Drawstring so they don't fall down. Only £18.50 at the moment. And tie a knot at the end drawstring so you do not lose the string through the waistband and have to spend hours fishing it back out bitter experience

I bought two pairs of rainbow ones on Amazon for about £15 each and they are fab. They have a thick waistband do stay up during yoga, step classes and running 😊
