mom must have bought every style of brooke/ van dal shoes ever made. does anyone know if there is anything else available? and if i can buy online?

Gabor also good for wide fittings - their standard ones are around a D Fitting (like Van Dal) and they also do a wider fitting range.
As far as shops are concerned, it depends where you live. There are better shops in the North of England than the South (Yorkshire is wide fitting shoe heaven). Independent shops often have a good range - unlike the chains.

Clarks have a range of E and EE fittings.
If you go to one of their stores and ask to look at their style book for this season, it will tell them exactly what styles are available in those fittings.
What they dont have in stock, they can order in.
