What to wear over this kimono sleeve nursing dress?

Can anyone give ideas of what to layer over this nursing dress please?

It has kimono sleeves so can't fit a normal cardi over it but I need extra layer for warmth. Can't wear a long sleeve black tee under it as I bought it for the nursing access!

It's black jersey with a small red bud print

A very cheap (black) tee with a panel cut out for feeding access. Or just appropriately placed slits in the tee.

A cardigan that has sleeves with any bit of space at all in the arms will work fine. I would also wear a top underneath with slits in it for access.

Thanks so much for all these ideas!! I'd never thought of cutting slits in a tee but that's genius. Plus a gilet or loose sleeve cardigan and I'll be toasty 😀 thanks everyone
