High street tights for skinny legs

Anyone know where I can get 60 denier (or higher) tights for a skinny ankle and calf? I'm a size 8/10 and the pair I recently bought from m&s in a small is baggy at the ankles giving a distinct nora batty touch to my whole look!

Before I spend out on another unwearable pair of tights, can anyone recommend?

I know! I like my tights opaque
I had visions of them being like leggings but the were still quite dressy with a slight sheen.

I usually buy Tescos...think they are the luxury ones, 200 denier but the last couple of pairs had a kind of stripe/fault down them
