Proper facial suncreen versus SPF moisturiser (and mineral v chemical?)

Is there a difference?
I know I should be wearing SPF50 on my face, but I keep seeing posts on here about not using an SPF moisturiser, but instead a sunscreen.
I hate the feel of moisturiser on my face anyway (oily skin), so like the idea of just a sunscreen, but I'm not sure what these sunscreens are, and where to buy them.

Also what's the difference between mineral and chemical SPFs? Which is better?

And what does "full spectrum" mean? Does it just mean UVA + UVB? I understand that A is for ageing and B is for burning, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes.
