Where to find a showstopping evening dress?

I'm after a black tie event type dress, but can't seem to find anything that fits the bill post Christmas. Any suggestions please for where to look? Have tried Phase8, House of Fraser, Monsoon.

Looking for emerald green or red, full length, bit structured, v neck for my hefty boobs, a sleek silhouette. Perhaps beaded or lace.
