Full coverage, pale foundation for DRY skin?

I'd love a full coverage, matte and super pale foundation but every time I get a full coverage, it clings to my dry patches, even with primer and moisturiser; does such a thing exist?

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua is what works for me, mixed with a bit of No 7 tinted moisturiser. Second working on other parts of your routine though - have you tried an oil cleanser? And the Dr Sebagh hyaluronic acid serum works really well for me too.
