When do you apply tendskin to prevent in growing hairs

I just had a bikini wax and bought some tendskin. I realised I don’t know how to use it!

When do you first apply it? Is it directly after the wax or do you wait for hairs to start growing back maybe a week later or wait for the first signs of red bumps? Also, do you apply it everywhere (I had a Brazilian)? I am a little scared of hurting myself.

I do it when the area starts to get itchy, after about 10-12 days I think? I only use it for a few days til the itching goes.
Yes I apply everywhere and haven't had any problems
