Does mattifylig primer, dry your face out and cause wrinkles ?

But got me thinking is it effectively like doing now opposite of moisturising ?

No. Aging, smoking and not wearing spf causes wrinkles. Your skin is still producing oil it's just that the ingredients in the primer are absorbing them (don't ask me how the exact science behind that works though!).
