A warm, warm coat please!

I moved to Scotland last year. I have never been so cold. It's -6 where I am today. Beautifully sunny but freezing! Any suggestions for warm costs please? Thank you. Budget is about £100

Worth ringing your local store if you like it and your size isn't listed on the website, as my size is showing as out of stock but when I phoned up I was told there were three in my nearest store and two in the next nearest!

It's not below knees obviously - sorry. It's quite smart though (I think?) and bum-covering! I hate it when coats have an elasticated waist that rides up as you move around, and you end up with a freezing cold lower back...
