I’m due some new glasses. I don’t wear them all the time so don’t want to spend too much on designer frames etc. Where have you bought glasses from on high st that you rate their choice please?

Another vote for Specsavers, 2 pairs for £69. I just took my prescription in. They've been great about me going back to have adjustments made to both pairs. Really pleased with them.

Thanks for the replies. I’ll get my next eye test at specsavers, as previous but have a look in Asda and on line at glasses.

My glasses are Retro by Dunelm from a local optician. The frames are purple metal & were £69.

I have single vision lenses with a prism & anti glare coating.

Specsavers bloke side. No twiddly bits , dirt traps or dame Edna tat, and plenty of frames without someone else's name on.

Glasses Direct, 2 pairs for £25, one of them sunglasses. Sign up for offers. Very pleased.

Mine are from Specsavers and are from the brand Reply, they are the nicest glasses I have EVER owned and I actually feel as attractive in them as I do without (well 90%). The extra bonus is that I get my contacts from there too so I got them for £35 rather than £99!
