Comfy casual trousers for guys - like jeggings?

Does such a thing exist?

My dp would like something comfortable to wear but not jogging bottoms. Women can wear leggings, jeggings, but there doesn't seem to be such a thing for men?

DH has some from ASOS, but I am NOT allowed to refer to them as leggings, they are apparently skinny leg joggers!! They are nice and comfy tho, I'll see if I can find a link
