I have a 12/13 inch difference between waist and hips and have despaired at finding trousers that fit both without tailoring.

But these are fab. Have bought a pair in every pattern and thought I would tell my fellow hourglasses! They fit perfectly (well, near perfectly. Tiny bit of gaping at waist when I sit down but you can't tell, even with the slinkiest of tops on) and have lasted well so far.

For reference, I am 5ft7 sz 8/10 and I took a 10 in these.

Pockets on the hips though, not good for me.

It is! Up until now, the only pairs of trousers I owned: 1 pair jeans, 1 tracksuit bottoms.

That was it! I simply couldn't find a pair of trousers which suited me!
