What applicator for foundation

I am currently using a little sponge. I think its latex or similar
It gets full of foundation and takes a lot of cleaning. It has split with washing
I don't think I have time before work to mess about with a brush and I can't get it even using fingers

Beauty blender or fingers here, a brush if I've got a lot of time (rare so feels like a luxury ). Got a silicone blender and absolutely hated it.

Trish McEvoy foundation brush.

I wet a beauty blender under the tap, squeeze it out then wrap it in a towel and squeeze again.
Apply foundation onto my hand, dip the beauty blender in and bounce it over my face.
A 4ml sample of foundation has lasted ages this way.
