I had the Selfridges Beauty calender and out of 24 days can honestly say I only had two goodies - bit lord one of them is expensive normal.size -Rodial Extreme peel - really really good on my acne rosacea face - skin like velvet but £85 full price. Ouch! The other was less pricey but good - Erborium Cc cream - good colour correcting glow bloosting cc cream - great under the eye.

Not as posh as yours, I had the M&S one. Not used everything as yet but I’d definitely get the Formula radiance reveal peel and the ultimate sleep cream, the Rodial dragons blood is quite good too.

Look Fantastic calendar. Unexpectedly LOVE the brow pencil. I've got very fair eyebrows and have never found any brow pencil before that didn't look silly on me.

Agree with the brow pencil in the Look Fantastic calendar. I've always been very "anti" painted on eyebrows (probably because I can't do it properly!) but this pencil is fab!

LemonShark · 27/12/2017 10:32

NYX Lippie countdown calendar. Loved it so much. Their matte lipstick in shocking pink and intense butter gloss in tres leches were my favourites. Some boots stores have them for £25 if anyone fancies a lip product a day for the next 24 days!

M&S calendar here, lots still to try as I have to add things carefully and there was a lot of skincare. The ultimate sleep cream, balance me rose Otto oil and the dragons blood are all brilliant and will definitely purchase full sizes.

loveka · 27/12/2017 10:38

Yes, the Look Fantastic brow thing is fab. I also hate the painted brow thing but tbis one looks so natural.

I loved the lipstick too.

BlueEyedWonder · 27/12/2017 11:25

Another vote here for the Rodial dragons blood product in the M&S calendar

Branleuse · 27/12/2017 11:29

i had the M&S beauty calendar and I will definitely buy eyeko mascara again and sleep cream

BluebellGal · 27/12/2017 13:26

Great thread.I had Liberty and Look Fantastic. My absolute favourite products which I shall be repurchasing are:

Korres wild rose sleeping facial
Margaret Dabbs nail & cuticle serum
ModelCo retractable eyebrow pencil (only lasted a month)
Illamasqua lava lipstick
Diptyque candle
Votary cleansing oil
Laura Mercier caviar eye stick
Dermalogica superfoliant

TriskaiDeckTheHallsia · 27/12/2017 13:32

Is that the 'X-treme Acid Rush Peel' OP? Did it reduce the redness? They have it half price so really considering buying. DH has acne rosacea and I have acne scarring.

From the Look Fantastic I will definitely rebuy the Korres Wild Rose Sleeping Facial which is doing wonders for my skin and the Illamasqua Lava Lipstick which is an incredibly flattering shade. I’m also very taken with the Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet and the Balance Me Flash Cleanse Micellar Water.

JMAngel1 · 27/12/2017 21:06

Yes X tremendous acid rush peel - sounds harsh but really isn't - deep exfoliation but somehow hydrating at same time. Reduces redness and improves texture. Very very good.

Thank you, going to purchase, DH will be over the moon if it works for him. I'll have to make sure he doesn't keep it all to himself! Grin

Skinfulnappies46 · 28/12/2017 14:57

I got the m&s one and have only opened a few things.. don't want to bombard my skin. Have just tried the eyeko mascara and it is fab. Really separates, curls and lengthens. Definitely definitely a repurchase and I'd never even heard of it .

Skinfulnappies46 · 28/12/2017 15:00

jMAngel could you use it on sensitive red skin? Or would it irritate it ?

JMAngel1 · 31/01/2018 13:37

I have the most sensitive skin known to man. Rosacea and acne. The mask takes redness away and really evens skin tone.

I had the L'Occitane en Provence one and their 20% shea butter handcream is brilliant. I also quite like the almond soap and the almond oil shower oil but not quite enough to splash out on a full size one!

BluebellGal · 31/01/2018 13:58

A month on my hands down favourite is the Korres rose sleeping facial. I love lots of other products too, but this stuff is magic and makes me look like I’ve had a good nights sleep when I’ve been woken in the middle of the night by my 2 year old!

barefoofdoctor · 01/02/2018 20:36

I wouldn't be parted from my HOF miniature funnel and cat's foot measuring device for love nor money. My M&S calendar (Which was a late it so I opened it in Jsnuary) looks promising though. So far the gold nail varnish is lovely and DD4 adores the glitter nail varnish (Will need to double check makes) Stila lip gloss is amazing. I haven't started on any skin care yet but looking forwards to it. Oh and the Rosie forAutograph body glow lotion is so over fragrances it went straight to the charity shop.

Skinfulnappies46 · 01/02/2018 20:45

Second for the korres rose overnight facial. Nylon opening 1 or 2 facial products at a time. Loved the shower oil from l'huile prodigeouse and the Gatineau moisturiser.

Skinfulnappies46 · 01/02/2018 20:46

Nylon???? Only

LizzieSiddal · 01/02/2018 21:09

I had the M&S one and also love the Korres
rose sleeping facial.
The other two which I’ve actually bought full sizes of are; the M&S 8 Hour night cream and the Emma Hope cleansing balm. I love them both.

LostInShoebiz · 01/02/2018 22:06

What's a cats foot measuring device?
