Laura Mercier. Available from Space NK. It's really good - sheer and light but really good coverage. Goes on nicely too.

Olay or Nivea both do a daily moisturiser for less than a tenner, both are good for just a hint of colour.

Benefits "you rebel" is also pretty good.
Not cheap but very good /link{http://tinyurl.com/yv7wlg\here}

I really like the Tesco Skin Wisdom Visibly Radiant one.

misdee · 23/04/2007 09:57

i've always used boots own.

Heathcliffscathy · 23/04/2007 09:59

clinique does a thing called 'no make up' i think, that is actually sheerer than their tinted moisturiser. it is very good indeed. i never wear foundation but for special occasions especially if there are likely to be proper photos, need something to even out skin tone....this is the business.

Another vote for the Tesco Skin Wisdom Visibly Radiant one here.

brimfull · 23/04/2007 10:50

I use bobbi brown ,great coverage and it has spf15.
Have also used the clinique no makeup one which is good but harder for me to get the right shade in

I get the Aveda one and it's like magic as far as I'm concerned. I don't know how it does it but it's great.

Lullabyloo · 23/04/2007 21:39

Hmmmmmmmmm.....a new contender...

Met a friend for lunch last week.
First thing I noticed was how fantastic her skin was looking.
I expected her to tell me she had been living a super healthy lifestyle but she calimed she'd still been drinking red wine and eating Green and Black's.
She was just using Aveda Tinted Moisture.
I have just bought a tube and it beats my previous favourite Laura Mercier.
Lovely smell too.
Also staff in Aveda much nicer than the scarey ones in local Space nk.
