Can I wear a long jumper with a skirt?

Would it look ok? It's past bum length and I want to wear it with a tight tube skirt, would this look ok?

Yes for a long or midi skirt, no for a knee length or shorter skirt. If the jumper is past bum length then you could wear it like a dress with leggings and boots?
