Just wondering what products people buy over and over and have been using for years? My stalwarts that I've been using for well over a decade are: nivea q10 night cream, lauder night repair, kerastace masqueintense, eve lom cleanser and Neutrogena body oil.

My older sister used Anne French, I was so jealous of her sophisticated skin care! 😂 I always have a couple of tubs of Astral on the go, I ALWAYS return to it after going posh! When I lived in the Middle East I got my friends traveling to the uk to bring me some back!!!

MartinRohdesBellybuttonFluff · 13/12/2017 10:00

Bodyshop White Musk (as an adult a treat at Christmas). Have loved and used it since I was a teen - an emotional affair going strong after almost 30 years!

MinesaPinot · 13/12/2017 11:35

Clinique City Block - since they released it I think
Clarins Hand Cream
No. 7 Lipstick - Plum Beautiful - wore it on my wedding day 21 years ago and used it ever since

I am a dreadful beauty/make up junkie otherwise....

Opheliasgoldenwine · 13/12/2017 12:48

Rimmel nail varnish
Nivea moisturiser
Vaseline
L'Oréal foundation
MAC foundation
MAC Velvet Teddy
L'Oréal Babydoll mascara
Max Factor mascara
Max Factor primer
Rimmel powder
Collection eyebrow kit
Collection concealer
Benefit Hoola bronzer
Makeup Revolution highlighter
17 Tattoo Me eyeliner

Those are some that I've repurchased over both years and months Smile

MrsPestilence · 13/12/2017 13:18

Rose water and glycerine, like a cleanse tone and moisturiser in one. 35+ years
Neal's Yard Rose Beauty Balm, the ultimate pick up with loads of uses. 20 years
Philosophy Purity cleanser, three drops do the job with no frills. 15 years
Maybelline mascara in the pink and green tube, a good basic. forever
Rimmel lipsticks, great for the price, remember Earth Star? 35+ years

Other brands and items come and go at all price brackets. Even as my skin ages and some stuff needs upgrading, the above still work.

TheBitterBoy · 13/12/2017 13:30

John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo and Conditioner
Ruby & Millie glass nail file (hope I never break it as can't get another)
Liz Earle cleanse & polish - I use other cleansers too now, but this one is still the one I reach for if I have a full face to take off.
Max Factor masterpiece mascara

RestingGrinchFace · 13/12/2017 13:31

Dermalogica daily microfoliant

WillowWept · 13/12/2017 13:50

chippy yes to Bourjois blush. I had a brief flirtation with channel but decided bourjois was better

SparklyLights · 13/12/2017 14:14

Rimmel lipliner in Cappucino for at least 24 years. Never worn a different one.

St Ives scrub

Olay moisturiser in a pot with an SPF. I have been though all the expensive brands including most recently Charlotte Tilbury and Creme de la Mer but still come back to the Olay. From the supermarket Smile

sohelpmegoad · 13/12/2017 20:16

No 7 Protect and perfect, in its various strengths

Judydreamsofhorses · 13/12/2017 20:30

Nars eyeshadow primer

Neutrogena body lotion
Carmel lip balm
MAC Spice lipliner
Korres shower gel

More recently Kat Von D liquid eyeliner

mocha78 · 13/12/2017 21:20

Neurogenia visibly clear 2 in 1 face wash/mask - have been using for the past 20 years, it cleared a bumpy forehead at the time and it’s kept my skin pretty clear all this time so I’m too scared to change it!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 13/12/2017 21:24

Vaseline
Carmex (although I now prefer Burts Bees, so my Carmex days may be numbered)
Sudocreme for spots
Radox bubble bath
Badedas bubble bath
Revlon nail varnish (but OPI might be replacing it now I've got a little more disposable income)
Benefit Benetint and Dandelion

BobbinThreadbare123 · 13/12/2017 21:28

Clinique moisturiser (the yellow one) for about 15 years - always go back to it

Maybelline mascara until last year when it started to make my eyes burn

Body Shop body butter

LemonShark · 13/12/2017 22:16

Urban decay primer potion
Rimmel stay matte pressed powder
Collection concealer
Rimmel glam eyes liquid liner

LemonShark · 13/12/2017 22:18

And Rimmel eyebrow pencil. All of these I use up and rebuy constantly, and don't even bother to look elsewhere (except for the liquid liner. I've discovered that somehow, makeup gallery liquid liner from Poundland is superb! I would never have dared or thought to try it if I hadn't seen rave reviews on beauty blogs and now it's replaced the rimmel)

Ladybirdbookworm · 15/12/2017 01:17

I'm so happy someone else mentioned rosewater and glycerine - please give it a try -if you hate it then at the very worst it can be used as a hand moisturiser

CointreauVersial · 15/12/2017 09:17

Batiste Dry Shampoo.

I used it back in the late 70s when I was too lazy to wash my hair at boarding school. Blush and have had a can on the go pretty much ever since. Back then, it was regarded as old-fashioned and, quite frankly, a bit scuzzy. I can't believe the dry shampoo renaissance. Can still looks the same, though.

FiveShelties · 15/12/2017 09:39

Lipcote and Youth Dew perfume, for more years than I care to think about!

LemonShark · 15/12/2017 09:43

Youth Dew 💛 That was my late mums signature scent. I know it's a more mature scent but I try always keep a bottle around to wear for special occasions or just to remember her with.

BusterGonad · 15/12/2017 10:56

That's lovely Lemon! ❤️

Gunpowder · 15/12/2017 10:59

Lancôme Hynose mascara
Lancôme self tanning gel for face
Dove classic deodorant
8 hour cream
Colgate total + whitening toothpaste

That’s it! I’m not very faithful.

ArchchancellorsHat · 15/12/2017 11:20

Kikumasamune Lotion - I'm 41 and no lines at all thanks to this. May they never discontinue it.

Longdistance · 15/12/2017 11:54

Nivea eye make up remover - 20+ years
J&J cleanser - 20+ years
Emporio Armani She - same as above
Clinique double faced powder
Lancôme Definicils mascara
Body Shop tea tree oil for spots- 25 years

ArieltheMermaid1720 · 15/12/2017 13:23

Nuxe reve de Mikel lip balm and body shop chamomile cleanser. Also the L'Oréal mascara in the gold tube.
