Plain? Patterned? Does it have to colour match? Thick scarf, thin scarf? Unprofessional to wear in the office (long time sahm newly in a job)? Can you wear the same one twice in a row?
What else do I need to know so I don’t look like I’ve dragged myself out of the door?

Oooh, I love scarves. I've got plain ones, patterned ones, big blanket ones, little thin ones... If it's warm I wear loose flowing ones.

I typically keep them on after I've taken my coat off (though often take it off at lunchtime as dispite being an adult I seem unable to eat without making a mess and having bits of fabric that could fall in my lunch is just asking for trouble Blush ).

I don't think they're unprofessional though I do work in a very informal industry.

Don't go out hunting for one. Just wait until you see one you love and let the scarf choose you.

I love scarves.
I look for finer weight ones made of wool or wool silk mix for work.
I have a couple of plain ones (black and camel) and a couple of patterned ones (leopard print and star print).
There are scarf tying tutorials on You Tube which give ideas on different ways of wearing them
