What to buy in German pharmacies? The winter edition!

I'm on a Christmas road trip through Germany! It's the best, but I'm an Australian who lives in a fairly temperate part of France. The snow and wind and sub-zero temperatures are not what I'm used to, and are playing hell with my skin.

Any recommendations for great German products to try? Bonus points for winter-grade hydration properties!

Dr hauscka is cheaper there, very rich. And I got a nice tube of beeswax cream, nicer than it sounds.

I mean the cream is rich. I misspelled it too ffs.

Try Weleda cold cream. Or any of their products really. DM does a good range of vegan products, called Alverde

Kniepp bath oils and salts. My friend and I cleared a shelf in DM when we were in Berlin.

Eucerin do a wonderful super rich cream I used to use in winter. It comes in a small hexagonal tub with a red lid. Can’t remember for the life of me what it’s called, but it’s marvellous.

I am also addicted to everything they sell in dm Drogeriemarkt, particularly their alverde range.

Herbacin Kamille hand cream. Comes in a little tin, and is really good.

Weleda Sandorn Body Oil.

Also Kieselerde for nails and hair.

Kamille handcream also comes in a green tube. Cheap as chips, amazingly hydrating.

I'm sorry for taking so long to respond to all the excellent suggestions, but I have now staged a thorough raid on German pharmacies and am pleased to report I have the following:

Dr Hauschka Rose Day Cream (which is so good that I'll be buying another tube before we leave.)

Eucerin bath oil.

Kniepp Eucalyptus bath oil. ("For when you have the cold!" the pharmacy assistant told me).

TWO tubes of that excellent Kamille hand cream.

A tube of the beeswax moisturiser that someone suggested. It smells divine.
