hi, basically, as title suggests. Am fed up with the bras i chose from a very limited selection at mothercare and m&s nearly 8 months ago and am desperate for some new ones. to make it worse, i splashed out on loads of new 'normal' bras just before i found out i was pregnant and havent had chance to wear them yet any ideas?

pinkranger · 20/04/2007 12:19

i have no idea for the nursing but also going to ask if anytone konws where i can get a nice strapless maternity one from that will hold me up, im a bridesmaid in June ( i will be 32 weeks) and need a strapless bra !! have no idea where to start

GameGirly · 20/04/2007 12:24

Figleaves have a special offer at the mo - free P&P and returns. Not looked at their selection of nursing bras, though.

shonaspurtle · 20/04/2007 12:26

pinkranger - you'll be fine with a normal underwired strapless bra for the day if it's well fitted. I wore underwired bras for the whole of my pg but got measured to check they fitted properly.

tibsy - there was a link on here to a new Freya nursing bra that was really pretty. Bravissimo sell it, as will places that stock Freya I should imagine! I'm trying to justify buying it myself!

Elle Mcphereson do some nice nursing/maternity wear

maternity bras

I love the Elle MacPherson stuff too. It's pricey, but much prettier than a lot of the other options - and dead comfy too!

I love Blossom Mother & Child bras. They are pricey, but given I planned on (and have) bf for best part of a year, they've been a good investment. The straps are really pretty.

Pannacotta · 23/04/2007 20:58

TaG where did you find the Blossom bras?

tiredandgrumpy · 23/04/2007 21:09

www.blossommotherandchild.com

Downside is no shop, so I've never been measured up properly. Also expensive, but I really love them - actually feel attractive compared to the hideous things I wore first time round.

Pannacotta · 23/04/2007 21:23

very pretty but only the one nursing bra...
think might have to order one, much nicer than all the others, though the lace Elle Macpherson one is nice to look at (bit itchy though).

tibsy · 24/04/2007 10:42

try this, there's some gorgeous ones here!
