outnet.com - what is wrong?

I used to buy from them every couple of months. Now everything has gone bad, no proper product description and sizing, search doesn't work, premier service is gone, most of my wishlisted items have disappeared. What is going on with them? Are they going out of business? Anyone else noticed this?

Just received an order from them yesterday. It took ages for the items to actually shop. Upon opening items were badly crumpled, makeup stained, strong mildew smell. Going straight back without trying them on. No wonder they’re losing money.

I bought two pairs of shoes from the outnet with the 15% discount - was going to return them
But have noticed they've bumped the prices up of both and I mean bumped - one pair has increased by 75%!!!!

Outnet is actually more expensive than buying items in the NAP sale at times. Since NAP takeover it is crap, they have a poor everlasting sale, and refunds take forever. I use Matches and others now, so much better.
