What’s eye tape - I need it!

ILoveMrDarcy · 02/12/2017 08:54

What is eyelid tape?!

Looks good though Smile

HeyMacWey · 02/12/2017 08:54

Looks great - can you see it when you blink?

PugwallsSummer · 02/12/2017 08:59

Are they comfortable? I have seen these on a YouTube make up tutorial, but presumed they would be really irritating on the skin. Very interested in hearing your opinions of them...

londonpia · 02/12/2017 09:08

What is this miracle you speak of?!

Wingbing · 02/12/2017 09:09

I need to know more please!

Ockljkclr · 02/12/2017 09:10

Where did u buy this?

DropZoneOne · 02/12/2017 09:10

Wow, I need that too! Is it comfortable?

Myreputation · 02/12/2017 09:11

I need some! What is it?

Tartyflette · 02/12/2017 09:12

I'm impressed too. What does it feel like?

Cocolepew · 02/12/2017 09:15

I use this occasionally, but wore it every day for a week the other week. I think it has made my eyelids worse.

Fosterdog123 · 02/12/2017 13:18

It feels like nothing! I bought them off eBay - just type in eyelid tape and hundreds of sellers come up. If you place them carefully, you can't see them when you blink and they're seethrough so you can just them over makeup.

RavenWings · 02/12/2017 13:19

Oh I've seen this used on Youtube. I always thought it must get uncomfortable - the skin on the eyelid is so delicate. Can you feel it when you blink?

Fosterdog123 · 02/12/2017 13:19

#use, not just

RavenWings · 02/12/2017 13:20

Ah you've just answered that. Never mind Smile

Fosterdog123 · 02/12/2017 13:20

I can't even tell I have them on. Can't feel a thing.

OP posts:
bellweather · 02/12/2017 13:26

It’s really popular in Asia where it is used to fake double eyelids and also gives an illusion of bigger eyes. Definitely works

Ilovetolurk · 02/12/2017 14:01

OP which seller was it - there are lots on there? Ta

Fosterdog123 · 02/12/2017 14:04

Can't remember which seller - bought them a while ago. Just pick any!

OP posts:
Ilovetolurk · 02/12/2017 14:15

Thanks
Are they double sided sticky?

Fosterdog123 · 02/12/2017 17:51

No, not double sided sticky - just sticky on the side that sticks to your skin.

OP posts:
ginorwine · 10/12/2017 22:45

How often can you use these ? Look great on you .

Fosterdog123 · 12/12/2017 06:48

You use each one only once but they're dirt cheap - about a £1 per sheet of 20.

OP posts:
mrsharrison · 12/12/2017 08:26

I've used these. They're very good. Weird how a thin piece of plastic literally holds up the eyelid.

DenPerry · 12/12/2017 11:39

That looks amazing OP. I'm not there yet but wasn't looking forward to the hoods, nice to know theres cheap options!
