Seen nice cardigan in Topshop £35 but Primark has one for £10 - what is the difference?

I'm after a long light grey fluffy wool effect cardigan and saw two lovely ones today in Topshop & Warehouse. Both were around the £35/40 mark. I then saw a practically identical one in Primark for £10.00.

I thought perhaps the more expensive ones had wool in them
but they didn't. They were all acrylic/poly synthetic mixes.

Just wondering what is the difference and are the warehouse &
Topshop ones actually likely to be better quality & last longer?

I don't buy much in Primark so maybe I'm unlucky but I find they don't last.

Check the manufacturing label.. I've found the exact same tunics in topshop and Primark before, relabelled as one or the other in the back if the neck but the manufacturers label showed them to be identical. Huge difference in price as well.
