Leather jacket at 50?

I’m seriously considering an All Saints leather jacket in the 30% off promotion. Probably the Cargo. I’m 50, Size 12-14. Would have to buy on line too. Would that be a crazy thing to do?

I'm in the same position. 54 and considering the Bales. I'm 12-14 with large norks and wondering whether it will suit? I'd probably order from John Lewis or House of Fraser as they both have 30% discount at the moment.

I think you have to try one on and see. I didn't get on with them myself which really surprised me but I found them a bit too busy. But it's a shape / personal style rather than an age thing. I'm way over 50 and normally I like leather because it breathes but has structure.

It arrived but I'm sending it back. It just doesn't quite look good enough. I might look for another at some other time though

Try mint velvet I have a lovely leather jacket from there, fits beautifully and is a lovely soft leather and gorgeous colour.

Expensive but so worth it
