How about this from the White Company (sorry - haven't kept up with original thread, may already have been mentioned). Also this one is halterneck, so not necessarily ideal from the bra point of view, though you can get halterneck bras.

There's a size chart link just under the pic, and it says a medium is size 12-14, and a large is size 14-16, so take your pick.
