I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself. Mid thirties, I've put on weight. The past 6 years since becoming a mum has really taken it's toll with interrupted sleep, spots and generally feeling shitty. Any tips please? I would be most grateful. Thanks

Drink more water.
Sleep more (ha)
More veg, more good fats
Exercise, but more for wellbeing than weight loss. Walks with the pram and kids are good.
Less alcohol
Don't smoke!
Wear sunscreen
Dress for your shape, highlight the good bits, hide the less flattering bits.
Wear colours that suit you, makes a huge difference.
Bit of fake tan and moisturise your skin.

Pretty much everything above.
But find a good skincare routine, cleanser, toner, moisturiser & spf morning. Cleanse, tone, moisturise & eyecream at night. As for wxfoaltion and masks it’s best to know your skin type before I say what’s sutiable

The m&s beauty advent calendar is good. You can try out lots of different products and see what suits you. I think it's £35 when you spend £35 on something else

Lots of really good tips here!!
My advice for anyone wanting an overhaul is to change one thing a week. For example, adding in a moisturiser, doing a mask once a week, changing an unhealthy food habit, adding in an exercise etc.
I was given this advice by a friend and it really helped me. It takes longer to see the changes but it’s easier to stick to than trying to radically change everything at once. I used to look forward to change day as I was making myself ration it!
