I think the flowery ones are lovely to look at(shoe objet d'art) but I can't imagine actually going about with them on my feet - followed by loads of bees.

You know, when I lived in Holland these kind of shoes (the first picture) were very popular, in white, worn by men, in dungarees. I wish I was kidding. These handsome, tall Dutch guys in ridiculous shoes and dungarees!

I always threatened to buy DH a pair but unfortunately we didn't live there long enough to acclimatise (sp?) to clog wearing.
